We reserve the right to modify routes, accommodations, activities, or schedules due to:

• Force Majeure events (see below).
  Substitutions will be of equivalent quality, and clients will be notified promptly.

2. Force Majeure

We are not liable for disruptions caused by unforeseeable events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters (floods, earthquakes, wildfires).
• Pandemics/epidemics, government travel advisories, or border closures.
• Strikes, terrorism, or civil unrest.
• Significant transportation failures (airline cancellations, road closures).

3. Third-Party Services

We act as an intermediary for third-party services (flights, activities). We are not responsible for:

• Changes/cancellations by external providers.
• Service quality deviations (e.g. Airline Rescheduling).

4. Pricing Adjustments

Rates may change due to:

• Currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, or tax increases.
• Changes in park fees or government levies.
  Clients will be notified of any price increases before final payment.

5. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance covering:

• Trip cancellations/interruptions.
• Medical emergencies, evacuation, and baggage loss.
• Force Majeure-related disruptions.

6. Liability Limitation

• We are not liable for incidental expenses (flights, visas, vaccinations) due to itinerary changes.
• Clients assume all risks associated with travel, including health and safety.

7. Cancellation Policy

• By Us: Full refund or alternative package if changes render the trip unviable.
• By You: Refunds follow tiered penalties (e.g., 30% fee if canceled 60 days prior).

8. Client Responsibilities

• Ensure passports, visas, and health requirements are met.
• Adhere to local laws, customs, and safety guidelines.
